Ambassadors

dr. Santanu Dutta

My endurance journey is one that embodies passion, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to pushing limits. As a radiologist, my days are filled with the intense focus and precision required in the medical field. Beyond the hospital walls, in the world of endurance sports I give my everything with determination and grit.

I have earned countless titles across the globe, from completing the grueling Ironman 140.6 to conquering not one, but three Ironman 70.3 races. My passion for running has led me to achieve the incredible feat of 16 ultramarathons, 30 + full marathons, and over 50 half marathons. These races have taken me across India and far beyond, to countries like USA, Italy, Malaysia, Australia, Bahrain, Germany, Thailand and South Africa, making my journey a truly global adventure.

A particularly special achievement in my career is my four consecutive finisher status at the legendary Comrades Marathon-the ultimate human race 90 kms, one of the toughest ultramarathons in the world. I have added two jewel to my crown by completing two World Major Marathons in Berlin & Chicago —events coveted by runners worldwide.

Through running I wish to inspire not just the running community, but to anyone who believes in pushing beyond their limits.

Being an Ambassador for Dhubri Marathon I intent to inspire runners whether they are chasing their first half or first full marathon or just setting out on a new journey, I hope I can set an example to teach us to dream big, stay consistent, and never stop exploring new horizons.
